Can I pay upon delivery?

Yes, however payment upon delivery is only available for our customers in the Middle East.

Shipping and Delivery

How much is the delivery charge?

We offer free shipping on all items.

Do I need to pay tax?

We will bear the tax for you, such as import tax, VAT and GST unless stated otherwise.

Where do you ship from?

All orders will be shipped from our fulfillment center in Malaysia.

When will my item arrive?

We may take up to 3 working days to process and ship out your order. Delivery time will vary depending on the destinations as listed below.

Malaysia & other South East Asian countries: 1-3 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 working days
USA & Canada: 7-14 working days
UK & Europe: 7-14 working days
The rest of the world: 14-20 working days

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped out. Kindly check your Spam folder to ensure that our emails are not accidentally marked as Spam by your email provider.

If you still think that you have not received your tracking number, kindly contact our customer care team.

Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30 days return policy for all of Orson Hutton products. No question asked.

Can I exchange the product instead?

Absolutely, you can either opt for a refund or a product exchange.

How do I return the item?

You will need to contact our customer care advisors to receive your return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number and further instruction on how to return the item. All items need to be send back to us along with the original accessories and packaging and must also be in a good resaleable condition.

We reserve the rights to reject any return and refund for items that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customers.

Do I need to bear the postage?

Any cost incurred for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.


How long is the warranty?

All Orson Hutton products are covered with 18 months limited warranty effective from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required for any claim made under the warranty.

What is covered under warranty?

The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of Orson Hutton customer care team.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
  • Water damage unless marked water-resistant
  • Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from our authorized retailer


This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

How do I return the item?

You will need a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number prior to returning the item back to us. Kindly contact our customer care advisor to obtain your RMA number.

Do I need to pay for the repair?

A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
